A career in real estate sales or management can be very rewarding, challenging and exciting. This industry offers talented, energetic, goal-driven people the opportunity to create their own business where the sky’s the limit for what they can achieve.

This coaching program is designed to help real estate professionals establish their personal and business goals and provide a pathway towards attaining those goals. We all have a certain amount of natural ability to start with, but some agents make more than $100,000 their first year in business while some struggle to make half that amount. Our coaching program is designed to make it possible for you to go far beyond where your natural ability ends. We’ll take you where you want to be to have the life you want. We believe that there’s NO LIMIT to what a person can accomplish and that your best is yet to come.

About Our Program

Our coaching program features one-on-one sessions with accomplished real estate trainer LeRoy Houser. Prior to your first coaching session, you and LeRoy will have a discussion about your expectations from this program and areas where you’d like some special help. Every coaching program then begins with a thorough analysis of your current business including sales and listings, sources of business, average sales prices, and so on.

Each program is custom-tailored just for you and your specific needs and goals. A successful real estate business is based on many factors, and this program is designed to embrace each of those factors. For some, lead generation may be the focus of their coaching relationship; for others it may be managing a team or how to employ more technology or working through budgetary concerns. For most who take advantage of this program, your custom solution will most likely include multiple areas of the business. The beauty of a rounded coaching program is the help and advice available to you in many different areas at any given time. This coaching program provides you with an “accountability partner” that also provide you with the training and information to help you become the Best That You Can Be.

Coaching Program Levels

Experienced Agent Coaching
This level is for experienced agents looking to make more money and have more time to enjoy their success. These sessions may focus on how to:

  • Generate more leads
  • Build or manage a real estate team
  • Double your business and work less
  • Increase your income
  • Better manage your current business
  • Solve the “unsolvable.”

Of course, like all our coaching programs, this level is tailored to the needs of the agent and not driven by a “one size fits all” mentality.

The fee for this option is $250 per month which includes a 1 hour one-on-one telephone session with LeRoy and a minimum commitment of six months. Fees are payable in two installments with the first payment due in advance of the 1st session and the second installment due in advance of the 4th session.

New and Restart Agent Coaching
This option is for agents who:

  • Have less than a year in the business, OR
  • Have been in the business for a while and aren’t creating enough business to meet their needs, OR
  • Have years of experience but have been out of the business for a while and want to restart their sales careers at an acceptable level.

This program is focused on fundamental activities necessary for launching a real estate career. Lead generation tops the list because without sufficient leads, nothing else matters. A lack of sufficient leads is the #1 cause of agent failure, so this coaching level focuses on leads FIRST.

The fee for this option is $250 per month which includes a 1 hour one-on-one telephone session with LeRoy and a minimum commitment of six months. Fees are payable in two installments with the first payment due in advance of the 1st session and the second installment due in advance of the 4th session.

Situational Coaching
This option is for agents and brokers who want help with a specific situation or set of issues. This is typically a short-term program that’s over when the situation ends or is resolved. For example, we recently provided coaching help to many real estate agents involved with distressed properties. The coaching was directed at properties that they owned as well as properties owned by their customers and clients. We’ll coach to your situation and help you find the best way to resolve it.

The fee for this option is $250 per month which includes a 1 hour one-on-one telephone session with LeRoy and a minimum commitment of two one hour sessions. The total fee is payable in advance of the first session with a minimum of two sessions.

Program Features

Our coaching typically involves an hour long one-on-one monthly telephone session with LeRoy. Here’s what you can expect from your session:

  1. Discuss your progress and new concerns since the last session.
  2. Review a progress report and analyze where you now are in relation to goals previously set.
  3. Establish your goals and program of work for the next month.
  4. Introduce new techniques and/or systems for the next month to accomplish those goals.
  5. Receive instructions about new material, encouragement, and motivation to be the best you can be—and be held accountable when you’re not maximizing your potential.

About Your Coach

LeRoy Houser is the centerpiece of this coaching program. He was born into a family business (Hopewell Quick Lunch) and has been in business 99% of his adult life. He did not learn real estate in a book; LeRoy has been on the street or in an office his entire career, which spans 40+ years. He’s owned and worked for small and large companies, has been a home builder, and is currently a broker with Keller Williams in Richmond, VA, and is a REALTOR Emeritus. He’s coached hundreds of agents, and he’s taught seminars in 49 states and in foreign countries, and is a Certified CRS Instructor. There are very few experiences LeRoy hasn’t had as a salesman, broker, or trainer/educator. He has a BS degree from Virginia Tech and a MS Degree from VCU and has been teaching, selling and coaching most of his real estate career.
